By using the website at www.rosieandb.co.uk, you certify that you have read and reviewed this agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. Rosie & B only grants use of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Any new features, functionality or tools which are added to this website shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By using this website you agree that it is your own responsibility to ensure that the products, services and information available by using this website meet your specific requirements. The information made available on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
Our online shop is hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify Inc. provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Integrated into this platform is a product review system that is provided by Rapid Reviews.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Rosie & B, its affiliates, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property.
You also agree that you will not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any material that is protected by Rosie & B’s intellectual property in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, the Rosie & B logo and branding that is displayed on each page, along with written content and images that are displayed throughout this website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable steps to depict our products as accurately as possible using photographs. Please note that some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size because of screen settings or as a result of the techniques used when the products were photographed.
Exact details such as colours, patterns and the finish of materials will depend on your computer monitor or device and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual details of a product when you receive it.
We take care to provide informative written descriptions of our products. We do not warrant that when you purchase one of our scented products you will agree with our description of its fragrance.
In addition:
- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, delivery times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
ORDERS, CHANGES & LIMITS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online shop.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right allows you to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
Your cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at hello@rosieandb.co.uk before the cancellation period ends.
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, we will refund your payment in full.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it to us unopened, unused and in its original product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the product cost. Delivery charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used scented products, as the nature of these items means they cannot be resold once unsealed.
Your statutory right to cancel also applies to the initial purchase of any subscription product. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and your first delivery has already been dispatched, you may return it as above. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the product cost and cancel your subscription. After the 14-day period has passed, our standard Connection Club subscription terms apply.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Rosie & B offers selected products as part of our Connection Club subscription service. By choosing a subscription at checkout, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the interval selected and to be charged automatically for each renewal until your subscription is paused or cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Each subscription requires a minimum of two deliveries — the initial order plus one renewal — before cancellation becomes available. Pauses or cancellations made after a renewal has already processed will apply from the following delivery cycle.
Subscription management is provided through two areas:
- Connection Club Portal — for updating fragrance selections, adjusting product quantities, or adding eligible items.
- Advanced Subscription Settings — for pausing, resuming or cancelling your subscription, and managing payment details, billing information and delivery addresses.
Your chosen delivery frequency is set at the time of purchase. If you would prefer a slightly different schedule, you may contact us at any time and we will adjust the frequency manually where possible.
Please make any changes to fragrances, product selections or addresses at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure they apply to the upcoming delivery. Changes made after this point may take effect from the following cycle.
All fragrance selections are subject to availability. Although we maintain strong stock levels, there may be rare occasions when a fragrance becomes temporarily unavailable at the time of renewal. If this occurs, we will contact you with options, which may include waiting for restock, choosing an alternative fragrance, or receiving a partial shipment. Seasonal fragrances may appear or be withdrawn depending on production schedules.
Payment for each renewal is taken automatically using the method provided at checkout. If a payment fails, you will receive a notification requesting that you update your details. If the issue is not resolved promptly, the subscription may be paused until payment is successful.
You may hold more than one active Connection Club subscription at a time, and each will renew independently.
Subscriptions may be purchased as gifts by entering the recipient’s delivery address at checkout while keeping your own address as the billing address. Gift subscriptions follow the same terms as standard subscriptions.
If you would like your subscription record permanently removed after cancellation, please contact us. Once deleted, the subscription cannot be reinstated.

USER ACCOUNTS
Customers can access their account using the email address provided at checkout. When logging in, a one-time six-digit verification code will be sent to that email address to confirm identity. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you use for purchases remains accessible and secure.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or email address, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our discretion where necessary.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER GIFT DRAW
Rosie & B may from time to time operate a Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw for active email subscribers.
Entry into the Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw is automatic for eligible subscribers unless they have requested to be excluded. No purchase is necessary to enter.
The Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw is subject to separate terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms of Service. By joining the Rosie & B mailing list, subscribers agree to the applicable Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw terms and conditions.
The current Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw terms and conditions are available online and may be updated from time to time. Rosie & B reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw in accordance with those terms.

Some links available on this website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for information, products or services available on third-party websites.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
After you submit on order through this website, we may contact you by email asking you to submit a product review. If you do not wish to receive such a request, please contact us by email after you have made your purchase.
The product review application integrated into this website is provided by a third-party service provider, Rapid Reviews. This application will email you relevant emails only, such as review requests, review access emails, and administrative notifications.
All submitted reviews are moderated to ensure that the comments they contain are appropriate for publication on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any product review.
