Reed Diffuser Subscription

Rosie & B diffusers are hand-poured using premium fragrance oils and paired with tall fibre reeds for a consistent, long-lasting scent. They offer a stylish, low-maintenance way to fill your space with beautiful fragrance.

Our diffusers typically last up to 3 months, depending on room temperature and airflow, so your next delivery will arrive at just the right time — choose delivery every three or every four months, with free delivery included each time.

You can change your fragrance before each delivery, and your diffuser will arrive simply and securely wrapped, without a presentation box — part of our low-waste subscription model.

Receive two packets of Rosie & B wax melts every 6 weeks or 2 months — the choice is yours. Inside each packet are four beautifully crafted wax melts with a total fragrance duration of more than 48 hours, and delivery is always free. With each delivery, you’ll also receive a complimentary single melt in a seasonal fragrance — our little thank-you for subscribing.

To complete the experience, each packet is accompanied by its own ScentHarmonic playlist — designed to deepen the mood and enhance the atmosphere created by the scent.

You can switch fragrances before each delivery, and your wax melts will arrive with simple, low-waste packaging.

Please read these Terms & Conditions. If you purchase a subscription product, placing an order will signify your acceptance of them.

Rosie & B Connection Club — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all active Connection Club subscriptions for Wax Melts, Reed Diffusers, and Hand Wash products. They operate alongside the general Rosie & B Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to govern your use of this website.


1. Overview

The Connection Club is a subscription service offering regular deliveries of selected Rosie & B products at preferred intervals, with free UK delivery and flexible management via the Connection Club Portal.


2. Minimum commitment

Each subscription requires a minimum of two deliveries — the initial order plus one renewal — before cancellation becomes available. This helps us maintain fair pricing and reliable scheduling for all customers.


3. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your subscription contract within 14 days of signing up. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@rosieandb.co.uk with your order details.

If your first delivery has already been dispatched when you cancel, you may return it to us unopened and unused in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the product cost and cancel your subscription. Delivery charges are not refundable.

This statutory right applies only to the initial sign-up period. Once the 14-day cooling-off window has passed, your subscription will follow our standard terms — including the minimum of two deliveries before cancellation.


4. Delivery and frequency

  • Delivery is included free of charge with every subscription.
  • Your chosen delivery interval (e.g. every 6, 8 or 12 weeks) is set when you first purchase.
  • If you find you’d prefer a slightly different rhythm, simply contact us and we’ll adjust your delivery schedule to a pace that suits you best. If anything needs confirming, we’ll be in touch to ensure everything can run smoothly.
  • Please make any changes to your subscription (such as fragrance selections, quantities, or address updates) at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
  • We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but if a change reaches us too close to renewal or dispatch, it may be applied to the following delivery instead.

5. Changing products or fragrances

  • You can change fragrances, adjust quantities, or add and remove products whenever you wish through the Connection Club Portal.
  • Each update is reviewed to ensure everything is in order, with a confirmation email sent once the change has been processed.

6. Wax Melts Subscription

  • Wax melt subscriptions require at least two packs per delivery.
  • If only one pack is submitted at checkout (for example, due to a manual adjustment), we will contact you to confirm your second selection before dispatch.

7. Product availability

All fragrance selections are subject to availability. While we maintain strong stock levels throughout the year, there may be rare occasions when a chosen fragrance is temporarily unavailable at the time of your subscription renewal.

  • If an item is unavailable at renewal, we will contact you promptly with options — including waiting for restock, selecting an alternative fragrance, or receiving a partial shipment.
  • If a fragrance is unavailable at the point of first purchase, this will be clearly shown on the product page and it will not be selectable.
  • Seasonal fragrances may appear or be withdrawn depending on stock and production schedules. Your subscription will always reflect current availability.

8. Cancellations, pauses and resuming

  • You can pause or cancel your Connection Club subscription at any time after your second delivery, but not before that.
  • Pauses and cancellations are made through the Connection Club Portal. Simply sign in using the same email address you used at checkout.
  • A pause or cancellation made after an order has been processed for delivery will apply from the next cycle.
  • Resuming a subscription: You may resume a paused or cancelled subscription at any time through the Connection Club Portal. Your next renewal date will adjust automatically.

9. Permanent deletion

Following cancellation, if you would like your subscription record permanently removed from our system, please contact us. Once deleted, the subscription cannot be reinstated and a new order will be required if you wish to join again.


10. Payment

  • Payment is taken automatically on your renewal date using the method provided at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected unless paused or cancelled.
  • If a payment fails, you’ll receive a notification so you can update your details. If the issue isn’t resolved promptly, the subscription may be paused until payment is successful.
  • You can update your payment method at any time through the Advanced Subscription Settings page. Simply sign in to your account and select Advanced Subscription Settings from the Connection Club menu.

11. Communication

Subscribers receive email confirmation for each subscription setup, any product changes made through the portal, and any manual adjustments made by Rosie & B. From time to time, we may also share exclusive updates or early-access announcements for new or returning fragrances.


12. Gifting

Subscriptions can be purchased as gifts by entering the recipient’s delivery address at checkout while keeping the billing address as your own. A personal gift message may be added if you use the message field provided at checkout. Gift subscriptions follow the same schedule and terms as standard subscriptions.


13. Amendments

Rosie & B may update these terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes in advance, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
