Returns
We want you to be delighted with your Rosie & B purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, or you have simply changed your mind, please notify us at hello@rosieandb.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original product packaging. You will also need to supply proof of purchase.
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Unfortunately, your return cannot be accepted if you have not contacted us beforehand.
You do not need to reuse the postal packaging your order arrived in, however you will need to make sure that the item you are returning is sufficiently protected from damage for its return journey.
Please be aware that when returning an item, you are responsible for paying the return postage. Please obtain a certificate of posting. And importantly, note that products in our reed diffuser range will require additional parcel labelling.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is defective or damaged, or if you received an incorrect item.
We take care to ensure that our products are packaged carefully so they are protected during transit, but sometimes damages do occur. If your order has been damaged while being delivered, please contact us at hello@rosieandb.co.uk and include photographs that clearly show the damage caused.
We will do everything possible to make things right for you.
Non-returnable items
Given the nature of the products that we make and supply, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is in order, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for bank or credit card companies to process refund payments.
